This is a Cherry bowl with sap wood on each side to accentuate the soothing brownness of the old wood. There are also some irregularities mixed in to let your eyes hesitate and wonder what happened. Finished with wipe on varnish, buffed, and waxed. Use only dry items and wipe with a quality furniture polish when necessary.
