This is a Maple bowl with bird's eyes on the one side both inside and outside. This is intermixed with brown stripes across the bottom and extending up the side. It rests on a wood foot. It is finished with wipe on varnish then buffed and waxed. It is good for holding anything dry. Nothing damp. Can be refreshed with a quality furniture polish.
