I have always loved hand-made pottery. From my grandma's tea mugs that she had found on her travels, to watching potters hand paint their wares in Jaipur at the Blue Pottery Workshop--I love it all.
As a cookbook author, I have long struggled to find suitable ways to present and celebrate the Indian cuisine. How does one tell a story that resonates beyond the preparation? I launched a hand-made line of pottery to help answer that question.
